DAME JUDI DENCH refuses to join the stars at this year's (06) Cannes Film Festival in France, preferring to brave the wind and rain at London's annual Chelsea Flower show today (22MAY06) instead. Dench, who plays M in upcoming JAMES BOND movie CASINO ROYALE, insists she would rather be in the British capital getting wet than soaking up the sunshine and glamour with fellow film stars.  Dench, who brought her daughter FINTY to the floral extravaganza, says, "I just love wandering around at this show, even if it is raining. I'd much rather be here than at Cannes, despite the cold."
