If you have Videos that you would
like to contribute to the Weekly Giveaway,
please fill out the form below. Films, TV Series, Shows and Special
Videos are accepted. Videos for both Dame Judi and / or Michael
Williams are accepted.

If you have more than one, submit
one Form for each Video.

Since this is an International
Website, both NTSC Region 1 (US and Canada) and PAL Region 2 (Europe) VHS
Tapes and DVD's are welcome. Other Formats are welcome also -- must
specify.

Only Commercially Available Videos
are acceptable -- no Homemade Copies.

You must be willing
to pay for the postage to mail each video directly to the Weekly Winner as
long as that person is in your same Country. If you have
multiple videos to contribute - the Website will pay for some of the
postage --
if requested. Chris will contact you to discuss this.

International Postage will be paid
for by the Website -- if requested.

If you don't have
any Videos to contribute but would like to participate in this Giveaway --
we will accept $$$ donations to help pay for the Postage.
Your Contribution(s) will be added to the
Website on the next Saturday or Sunday.
I will contact you via email regarding any special postage
arrangements -- if applicable --
after the winner has been announced for your item(s).
